St. John Hunting Club has 1 Open membership spot. We are Just over 3300 acres in Newton county. Archery equipment only. MLD club with only 11 member sections. Looks like we will have 9 total members as some members purchased more than one section. Each section is approximately 300 acres. You are allowed to harvest Mature 4.5+ year old bucks only. Plenty of doe tags available. Property has been bow only for 20+ years, as it was part of the Old Unit 122 until last year. We will require protein or equivalent supplemental feeding of at least 16% protein, February 1 through the end of August. Must maintain at least one free choice/gravity style protein feeder per section during that time and then one feeder of any style and feed preference during the remainder of the year.
